Our Tumbling class is designed to help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through floor-based movement. The class is active and engaging, allowing kids to build confidence while learning new skills.

Students will start with basic movements like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, while more experienced students will progress to more controlled and dynamic skills such as walkovers and handsprings. Each session is structured to provide a safe and supportive environment where students can improve at their own pace.

Acrobatic Arts: Elevating Dance Mastery SafelyThe Acrobatic Arts program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of Acro Dance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.  

Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more.  

Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!
