Our Tumbling class is designed to help students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through floor-based movement. The class is active and engaging, allowing kids to build confidence while learning new skills.
Students will start with basic movements like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, while more experienced students will progress to more controlled and dynamic skills such as walkovers and handsprings. Each session is structured to provide a safe and supportive environment where students can improve at their own pace.
