About Dance Styles

In cheerleading jazz, the style is all about dynamic and expressive movements. It's less formal than classical dance, with an emphasis on freedom of motion, energetic tosses, and a mix of  dynamic combinations. Jazz in cheerleading adapts to various musical styles, offering a creative playground for choreography. So, think of it as a lively and versatile dance style that adds flair and excitement to cheerleading performances!

Pom dance cheerleading is a lively and dynamic style characterized by precise movements, energetic choreography, and the use of pom-poms. Teams showcase synchronized routines with high-energy kicks, jumps, and sharp arm motions, creating visually exciting performances. The rhythmic coordination of pom-poms adds flair, making it a spirited and engaging form of cheerleading that emphasizes team unity and enthusiasm.
